ABOUT ME

I am a UKCP registered trainee psychotherapist working in Bristol, offering low cost therapy. I work with individual adults, offering a compassionate and confidential space in which we can explore your feelings and experiences at a pace which suits you.

I am currently in my sixth year of training with the Bath Centre for Psychotherapy and Counselling and am a LGBTQ+ affirmative therapist. I have experience working with a range of issues, including depression, anxiety, social anxiety and performance anxiety, childhood and developmental trauma, religious and spiritual trauma and crises of faith, sexual trauma, parenting, birth trauma and post natal depression.

WHAT IS PSYCHOTHERAPY?

Psychotherapy is a talking therapy which aims to help you find greater freedom in your life through discussing your difficulties. You may come with specific things that you would like to talk about, or you may simply have a sense that life is not as you would like it to be. Psychotherapy offers a space where you can feel fully heard and understood, perhaps for the first time. It is my belief that this kind of therapy can lead us into greater understanding and acceptance of ourselves, which in turn provides the opportunity for freedom and change.
